Hame fae Hame are delighted to have been shortlisted for Living Wage Scotland’s Local Champion Award for 2021.
From Living Wage Scotland:
“We are delighted that our Living Wage Scotland Awards are back again this year to celebrate the achievements of our fantastic Living Wage accredited employers.
This year the ceremony will be virtual, allowing finalists and guests to attend from further afield and will take place on Friday 19th November at 3pm during Living Wage Week.
The standard of applications received was exceptionally high but we are absolutely thrilled to reveal our Living Wage Scotland Awards shortlist for 2021.”
Hame fae Hame make up one of four organisations in the Local Champion shortlist being accompanied by Moray School Bank, Scottish Borders Council, and Ayrshire-based CJM Accountancy.
At Hame fae Hame, we are absolutely honoured to be shortlisted for this award and it is a testament to the work the team have put in over the course of the pandemic.
This is not the only Award news of the year, with the Living Wage Scotland Awards joining the list with the success of the Sunday Times & Lloyds Banking Small Business Award in February. Hame fae Hame were one of a few organisations that won the award with there being over 800 nominations. This came with great press coverage and mentoring from one of the UK’s top fitness coaches & entrepreneurs. The recognition for work over the pandemic came to the delight of everyone at the nursery in Scalloway.
The Awards ceremony takes place on the 19th of November 2021.
